• Conservatories & Cladding: 10-year guarantee on structure and installation.
• Fascias, Soffits & Roofline Products: 5-year guarantee against material defects and installation faults.
• Locks, Handles & Hinges: 1-year guarantee against mechanical failure.
Guarantee Period
• The guarantee starts from the date of installation.
• Coverage applies for the full stated period above.
Our Promise
If a fault covered by this guarantee occurs, we will:
• Inspect the issue within a reasonable time.
